This book is about Zara, a Black mixed race, clever, responsible, and sometimes anxious seven-year-ild girl. She experiences a big messy day and learns a simple mindfulness technique that’s perfect for managing any messy emotion.

We are looking forward to sharing one of the first books in our little one’s book collection with them when they arrive to us. The author, Rebekah (aka Bex) has become a friend since I had her on my podcast several years ago.

We can all incorporate simple mindfulness techniques to help us manage our messy emotions.
